Bracknell Shopmobility provides a mobility service to local residents and
visitors who have difficulty walking, whether as the result of an accident,
age illness or even a temporary mobility problem.
You do not need to be registered disabled to use us.
Our friendly and helpful team of staff and volunteers will help you choose
the right equipment to suit your needs and provide you with tuition on using
it safely and confidently.
Bracknell Shopmobility has a wide range of manual and powered
wheelchairs and scooters to enable easier access to facilities and shops
in the town centre.
You can find us a 2 Crossway, Town Centre by the Bandstand.
Opening Hours are Tuesday to Saturday 10:00am to 4:00pm.
Please note that the shop will be closed 29th May 2012 as our staff

Holiday Hire*
Manual wheelchairs are available for holiday hire
£100.00 returnable deposit is required.
£5.00 overnight
£10.00 weekend
£15.00 weekly

Fees & Registration
Annual membership £25.00, daily hire £3.00 for scooters and powered wheelchairs, £1 for manual wheelchairs.
Please allow 15 minutes to complete the registration form and to receive instruction on the safe use of the vehicle.
Please bring with you proof of identity confirming your name and address e.g. Utility bill, driving license, bank card. We will issue you with a membership card and on your next visit you can simply show your card.
Escort Service
Subject to the availability of volunteers, we off an escort service to and from the bus and train stations.
Advanced booking is advisable but not essential.

Parking facilities for Shopmobility members are at the rear of Service Yard C. There are also public parking spaces for Blue Badge holders.
